Applicable Law 

This agreement is subject to the laws of The State of Qatar - regardless of any conflict in legal rules, and the only jurisdiction that can be invoked in the event of any dispute is the Doha courts of jurisdiction. 

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the country courts for the purposes of any judicial proceedings relating to or arising from this Agreement. 

In the event of any conflicts, the Arabic version of this Convention will be the applicable, dominant and exclusively decisive version. 

Miscellaneous Conditions.  

Failure to insist on the strict performance of any of the provisions of this Convention may not be interpreted as a waiver of any action against defaults or failures to implement them at any later time. Any waiver from the Waqta company of any right under this Agreement will not be regarded as a waiver of any right or other condition or waiver of the same right or judgment at any other time. 

In the event of a dispute, any building rule or interpretation otherwise requires that this convention be explained or interpreted against any party by authorship that does not apply to the construction and interpretation of this Agreement. 

Any ambiguity will be clarified in a fair manner without considering authorship and minor errors and spelling errors will be corrected to give maximum effect to clear intentions.
